Lisa is a creative, innovative and commercially focused Design Professional with extensive experience of the Sportswear and Fashion industry. She is qualified to degree level and has experience using Design and Business software.

Skills

  •  Producing innovative and commercial garment designs and colour palettes for both Menswear and Ladieswear, keeping to the client brief, and focusing on their Customer Profile and Brand Vision at all times.
  • Using Adobe Illustrator to provide all presentation artwork; design artwork; technical specifications and print/embroidery/branding artwork required.

  • Using relevant Trend Information; Client (sales) information and Competitor research, to determine the optimal design and colour directions for presentation to the Client in each seasonal project.

  • Providing high quality, detailed technical specifications for each garment designed, and following up with prototype sample reviews where required.

Key Acheivements

  • 2008 – Present – Designs, colour options & branding proposals were selected for the uniforms worn by The Ryder Cup European Team for competitions in 2008; 2010; 2012 & pending Gleneagles 2014. Uniforms have received positive reviews from the Clients (Glenmuir & Ryder Cup), Team Players and Press.
  • December 2005 - Designed and developed a commercial, highly technical ski-wear range for Trespass Winter 2006/7 selling 51,000 pieces across 16 styles.
  • December 2004 - Designed and developed a commercial summer surf range for Trespass including swimwear, beachwear, casualwear and accessories for Summer 2005.  The range sold 60,000 pieces across 30 styles.
